As we all know, Ian and Nina have quite the history (the met during season 1 of The Vampire Diaries and fell in love instantly). Now that they are broken up, Nina is a single lady and reportedly crushing on her new co-star Chris Wood — we don’t blame her! He is SO hot.
On Feb, 4, Chris uploaded a photo with Ian on set with the caption, “And that’s a wrap on DIRECTOR, @iansomerhalder! Congrats, brother.”
It’s so cute how supportive Chris is of Ian during his big day of directing — clearly there is no bad blood!

The rumors that Chris and Nina are dating blew up even more after pictures of them hanging out off set surfaced. They recently attended a Spartan Race and afterwards, Chris posted a picture of an adorable moment between the pair.
Nina held a husky puppy to Chris’ face, and the puppy gave him a sweet kiss! He captioned the photo, “No pain, no husky. #SpartanRace.” A Spartan Race is a series of obstacle races that feature fire jumps, a barbed wire crawl through mud and more.
In the pic, the pair was covered in mud, and Chris was also shirtless! Yum!
